  • Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances
  • The agency fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline.
  • There are significant deviations from the services outlined in the initial agreement.
  • The client is dissatisfied with the quality of work provided, as determined at the discretion of Dados.
  • 2. Refund Process
  • Clients must submit a written request for a refund to their designated account manager or to [bd@dadostech.in].
  • The request should include detailed reasoning for the refund, along with any relevant documentation or evidence to support the claim.
  • Once the request is received, Dados will review it within 15 business days.
  • If the refund is approved, Dados will process the refund within 15 business days via the original payment method or as otherwise agreed upon.
  • 3. Cancellation Fees
  • If services are canceled by the client before completion, Dados reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
  • The cancellation fee will be determined based on the extent of work completed and any expenses incurred by the agency up to the cancellation date.
  • Any cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
  • 4. Exceptions and Limitations
  • Certain expenses or costs incurred by Dados, such as third-party fees or materials, may not be refundable.
  • Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the client's contract or agreement with Dados.
  • 5. Dispute Resolution:
  • In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or dissatisfaction with services, clients and Dados agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be subject to mediation, arbitration, or other forms of alternative dispute resolution as mutually agreed upon.

  • This refund policy complies with all relevant laws and regulations governing consumer rights and contracts in the jurisdiction where Dados operates.
